I'm an artist - I was born that way. Watercolor was always my favorite. Then along came a
camera. Back in the day of 35mm, I fell in love with the lens as a way to express myself. It was a
long and expensive road, full of many mistakes. My first point and shoot digital camera opened
up an entirely new and affordable avenue for me to create art through my lens. Today I shoot
with a Nikon SLR and I can't put it down.

This business was a long time coming for me. I'm a Mother of two young, amazing children. I had been afraid to
take the risk with an inconsistent, highly competitive industry. ~ But sometimes you just have to follow your
passion and do what your heart and soul tells you to do.
Photography, as in art, surfaces a variety of emotions in each individual. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." I
am hoping that within the collection of images I offer on my site, one will spark feelings in your own soul. A single
image can bring back childhood memories, your first love, sorrow, a longing, joy, gratitude or inspiration. Some
emotions are extremely personal. I try to imagine what someone will feel when I capture a moment in time. To
me, that is the greatest joy in taking a shot. Please glance through my gallery and see if you can find any images
that open up emotional responses in you. I enjoy hearing what you feel from any of my photographic art, so
please give me your feedback and experience, it makes my craft all the more worthwhile.
